Retrax® Pellets
Ultimate Control
Put the experience of uncontrollable fluids behind you. Retrax® pellets deliver immediate and profound hemostasis in multiple situations. Normal tissue moisture will activate pellets. For faster activation, dip in water prior to application.
Non Staining
Unlike ferric sulfate products, Pascal Retrax® Pellets will not stain composite or Zirconia crowns. Will not contaminate adhesive and bioregenerative procedures.
Patient Friendly
As opposed to bad tasting, tissue-blackening, runny, solutions or ferric sulfate syrups, Retrax Pellets are tasteless and won't drip or dilute, ensuring maximum hemostatic effect where you need it. Patient-friendly, won't run over the tongue or down the patients throat.
Epidri
- Designed to aid in retraction and control bleeding quickly allowing you to keep your procedures moving
- Applying direct pressure with a moist 2×2 gauze will improve hemostasis
- In cases of diffuse bleeding, an additional pellet may be added to the buccal or lingual area
- Normal tissue moisture will activate pellet
- For rapid activation, dip in water, just prior to application
- Colour-coded yellow
- Supplied in the spring loaded Auto-up™, self dispensing, weighted plastic container
- 100% cotton pellets with 1.9mg racemic epinephrine HCl per pellet (0.25mg epinephrine/mg pellet)
