Ivoclar Vivadent and 3Shape collaborate on offering esthetic dental imaging technology
The software application “IvoSmile” from Ivoclar Vivadent, which is based on augmented reality (AR), will be integrated into orthodontic and restorative applications from 3Shape. Earlier this day, both companies announced a cooperative agreement to realize esthetic dental treatment visualization in these areas.

The Liechtenstein-based dental specialist Ivoclar Vivadent finished the 2018 fiscal year with an increase in the turnover. Total sales amounted to 810 million Swiss francs and thus exceeded last year's figure by 1.3 million Swiss francs.

Expressed in Swiss francs, however, sales revenues were 0.3% below the previous year due to the strong appreciation of the Swiss currency.

Ground-breaking ceremony for new production plant
In the presence of state and local government officials, Ivoclar Vivadent officially broke ground today for a new production plant at its premises in Bürs, Austria. Due to the increase in production capacity, 30 additional jobs will be created. The investment amounts to around five million euros.

Settlement agreement with Dentsply

Ivoclar Vivadent executes Patent License Agreement with Henry Schein
On May 15, 2014 Ivoclar Vivadent announced that it has recently licensed several of its patents to Henry Schein, Inc. The royalty-bearing license agreement enables Henry Schein to use the rights protected by United States Patent Nos. 7,604,759 and 8,141,217, and several related foreign patents that cover zirconium oxide dental blanks and methods of processing those blanks.
New marketing office in Vienna
To intensify the support and services for Austrian customers, a new marketing office has been opened in Austria’s capital in May 2014. Ground-breaking ceremony for new production plant
In the presence of state and local government officials, Ivoclar Vivadent officially broke ground today for a new production plant at its premises in Bürs, Austria. Due to the increase in production capacity, 30 additional jobs will be created. The investment amounts to around five million euros.
Collaboration with Camlog
Ivoclar Vivadent has entered into a collaboration agreement with Camlog under the Authorized Milling Partner program. This collaboration is an opportunity for dental laboratories to capitalize on the strengths of both companies. Ivoclar Vivadent has completed the business year 2012 with a sales increase of 4%. The product segments of all-ceramics, equipment and luting materials were the main forces driving this growth.

The 2011 business year
Ivoclar Vivadent completed the year 2011 with very good sales in global market regions and key product categories. However, the appreciation of the Swiss franc weakened the positive result, leading to a sales drop of 4%.

The Ivoclar Vivadent website has been optimized to feature a format compatible with mobile phones and tablet PCs. Users can now access the content of the website much more easily and conveniently while on the road.
The 2010 business year
Ivoclar Vivadent looks back on a highly successful business year 2010. The company achieved double-digit growth in all markets in which it operates. All-ceramics was again the most important growth driver.
Partnership program
The trend towards CAD/CAM applications for digital dental technology products is still going very strong. Ivoclar Vivadent therefore expands its partnership program to include national and international milling centres for digital dental solutions.
Ivoclar Vivadent at IDS 2011
The innovations which Ivoclar Vivadent will present at IDS 2011 will focus on the competence areas all-ceramics, direct restoratives and implant prosthetics.
