The tried-and-tested IPS Empress CAD leucite glass-ceramic combines the modern CAD/CAM processing technology with a high-performance all-ceramic material.

IPS Empress CAD is excellently suitable for the fabrication of highly esthetic monochromatic single-tooth restorations, such as veneers, inlays, onlays, anterior and posterior crowns. With its homogeneity and light scattering behaviour, IPS Empress provides a balanced chameleon effect. In addition of the light-optical properties, IPS Empress CAD restorations are distinguished for their lifelike translucency, high esthetics, and a flexural strength of 160 MPa.

HT/LT blocks
Always choose the correct block for your individual patient cases from the comprehensive range. IPS Empress CAD blocks are available in two translucency levels (HT and LT) and as polychromatic Multi blocks. They are available both in Chromascop shade groups and in A-D shades. Moreover, the IPS Empress CAD LT blocks are available in 4 light and modern Bleach shades (BL1-BL4).

Multi blocks
The innovative polychromatic IPS Empress CAD Multi Blocks result in restorations which are distinguished for a true-to-nature shade and fluorescence transition from dentin to incisal, even without characterization. They thus provide maximum esthetics and true-to-nature appearance.

 IPS Empress CAD blocks can be milled in both theCEREC* System (Sirona) and the E4D* Dentist System (D4D) .
